We’ve been trained to keep spirituality and sexuality separate. In this talk, we’ll look at how sexuality can enhance your spirituality.
By the end of the night, you will:
- understand why sex matters in spirituality, and should not be ignored
- know how to create more intimate experiences with your partner (whether your relationship is established, new, short-term or you’re enjoying your time solo)
- resolve inner conflicts about sex and spirituality
- understand the value of pleasure for your soul
