Everyone wants healing – and everyone needs some aspect of healing.

Now, you may think that healing is just fixing the sore knee, or getting better when you are sick.  But true ‘healing’ is so much more:  Healing actually encompasses purification and rejuvenation of every level of our lives.  A ‘pain-free’ or ‘sickness-free’ body is just the beginning – that’s just survival!When deep healing occurs, every level of our life is radiant:  Our bodies are potent, sensual, and support a long life of adventures.  Our minds are sharp and growing.  Our finances are abundant, and our relationships are profound and always growing.

But how do we access this?  And what does any of  this have to do with Spirituality?

We’re more than just our bodies, and our minds:  “Body, Mind & Spirit”, right?!  We may pop some pills, take a jog, or try our mind-over-matter tricks.  But lots of time, it doesn’t seem to work – we still suffer.  So, maybe, for true healing, we need to access all of these layers.  But, what does it mean to ‘heal the soul’… and how do we do it?
