12-1 ~ POWER ANIMAL WORKSHOP with Paula Gerardi
Your Power Animal is the well-spring of the power of your soul. Guiding and guarding you, your Animal lends its own characteristics to you and from it you derive your ways of interacting with others and moving through life. Finding your Power Animal can give you renewed strength and enthusiasm for life. By discovering the Primal Nature of your soul, you move into greater understanding of who you really are. This workshop offers an experience into the Dreamtime to meet this sacred aspect of your own nature. Through meditation, you will journey to the lower world to greet your Power Animal and bring its energy into your waking life. You will learn how to integrate this power into all aspects of your being and how to create a Sacred Bundle to represent this teaching in a beautiful way. “You are magnificent being of light and power. We all have a built in guidance system called intuition. It’s like a gift with purchase at birth. Our intuition guides us through life with the intention to keep us on track and out of harms way. However, we have to be turned in and listening to this GPS in order to benefit from the guidance.
In this presentation we’ll take a look at how our intuition works, how it communicates with us and how to tune into the guidance. Participants can expect to laugh cringe and crank up the volume on their intuition.

“Trouble is bound to come, so cultivating the right attitude is crucial.” During this time of societal challenge, it‘s typical for people to fall into a place of blame, personal doubt, and great fear. As conscious individuals we know that we have the right to choose.
The seasons teach us the lesson of death and rebirth. As we move into our inner contemplation during the quieter months of winter, let us focus on what within us has outlived its time and how we can be reborn to a place which is anew. We rejoice in this time of integration as an opportunity to reclaim valuable parts of ourselves, as well as to birth new ones, as we return to the simple security of our Core Center. We recognize that the true holiday gift is the gift of ourselves… Let’s resurrect the true spirit of the season and share beauty, hope, truth, peace, love, and joy.
