I am starting this blog tonight. With inspiration from a tiny miracle I experienced minutes ago.
Here it goes! I dropped my phone the other day. I have a Blackberry and the trackball fell out and the casing that holds it in broke such that it would no longer stay in place. For 4 days I have managed to keep track of this ball in a box about 1/4inch big that I need to maneuver around in the application of the device. I put it in, it falls out over and over again. If you know me, you know that this is HUGE that I have not lost the ball to date. Then it happened. I was on the phone, it fell out, I walked from my car through the parking lot, in the lobby, up stairs, down the hall, into the elevator, and into my apartment before I realized it was gone.
Now you must know what I can use the phone, but cannot do much more with this wonderful piece of technology I am absolutely addicted to. Once I realized the precious ball was gone, I retraced my steps with no ball in sight. Upon returning home again, now having emails and text messages (which I could not get to, YIKES, who has contacted me, I may never know!), I again in the dark and in the rain, I am searching around for the beloved ball….nothing nothing, oh, nothing….I arrived at the elevator and looked into the mirror on the wall and said aloud “Please, Archangel Michael, help me now. Show me where this ball is now! Now! The elevator starts to open…I look down…and…there is the ball, fully in tact with casing sitting below the mirror.
Miracle! I am grateful. I have my addiction back. And now I know who was texting me!

Ask…and it really is given!
This is what this blog is all about. Everyday miracles.

Thank you for reading.
